About The Artwork
post-residency work where I have blended the visuals of Caylus and my hometown - transferred the photographs of my neighbourhood in Caylus while overlaying them with the plan of my neighbourhood where I grew up. I deconstructed the shapes derived from this overlap using terracotta, a historically significant material in ancient structures. Overall to highlight the interplay between both environments.
