As an Internationally selling contemporary artist, Chris’ works can be found in Private Collections, Exclusive International Clubs, and in the homes of art enthusiasts globally. His works have been commissioned and/or purchased by leading Art Galleries and Collectors across the world. He was commissioned by the Palace of Monaco to paint two portraits of Princess Grace Kelly to commemorate her 90th birthday. Chris’ artistic journey began as a graphic artist creating national marketing materials for several Fortune 500 companies. From there, his independent works found him generating a large variety of branding and marketing designs. From creating hand silk-screened pieces to detailed pen and ink works, his imagery can be found across several platforms. Now, working in Mixed Media and Acrylics, his work favors highly stylized and steep contrast figurative imagery. However, bold exploration inspires his mixed media pieces, as his images take shape over powerfully colorful backgrounds. Chris’ work spans 40 years of artistic expression through multiple disciplines. Chris lives and works in Napa, CA. "I remember drawing at a very early age. I was always attracted to the human form. As my skill developed I focused more on the expressions of the face. Capturing the eyes is very important to me. There is so much to convey in the eyes."
