Blue Z Painting

This seems like a countryside piece to me. Using the earth colour, Burnt Sienna and also green, Cobalt Green. The elements, unlike most of my works at this time, fill the greater part of the paper.(I use Acrylic paper). I have done several paintings where the colour of the amorphous shape is green and is dominant in size. It is a colour which doesn't challenge or stand out in competition with the other colours unlike, for example, Cadmium Red which I usually use on smaller elements because of its dominance. I use Acrylic paints to have a flatter effect than oils, and paint on an A3 size paper. So that the buyer has the choice of frame the work is shipped in a Tube. Though a frame is available on request. I have recently changed the size of frame that I use to one that is a box file, but, of half the depth.
