I love the work of Patrick Heron and make no apology for using an outline of one of his abstract paintings as a starting point but then played around with colours, textures and even spray paint to end up with an image that I found calming and would like to hang above my bed. The 100cm width and 50 cm breadth fits nicely above a headboard.
