I am Laiba Maqsood, 21 year old self-taught artist. I have acquired comprehensive knowledge in fine arts by myself. From last eight years, I have devoted myself to refining and elevating my artistic skills, and now embarked on a journey of showcasing and selling my artwork. In my artistic practice, I precisely portray floral subjects while drawing captivating parallels between flowers and human beings, evoking a profound deep reflection of the shared beauty, fragility inherent in both. Flowers, like humans, come in various shapes, sizes, colors, and fragrances, each with its own unique characteristics and allure. I can consider the similarities and differences between the two. It can also explore the idea of growth and transformation. Just as flowers bloom and wither, humans experience different stages of life and undergo personal growth. My style is to create realistic paintings of flowers that evoke a profound sense of belonging. Through meticulous attention to detail and lifelike depictions, my artwork aims to capture the beauty and essence of flowers in a way that resonates deeply with viewers. The medium I use is Acrylic and i will work with oil paintings I took custom orders as per customer's requirements.
