Heaven Painting

Lusina (Lusine Teloyan, Armenia, 1984) is a contemporary female artist from Armenia who works in the style of neo-pop. Her art comments on today's society, its values, and mass culture, inviting reflection on reality and the exploration of one's inner essence and the search for one's true "self." Despite having a degree in law, Lusina chose a career in the creative industry. Initially developing her skills in fashion, floristry, beauty, and design, Lusina started pursuing art professionally in 2018 after the birth of her third child. In search of her own artistic style, Lusina began experimenting with portrait and abstract interior painting, gradually transitioning to the neo-pop style. Her artworks encompass various media, including painting, graphics, and sculpture, combining elements of pop art with its vibrant colors and recognizable symbols of contemporary culture, along with the dynamism and liveliness of abstract expressionism. In her technique, Lusina uses acrylic, oil, aerosol with the addition of collage methods, and incorporates Swarovski crystals and natural zircons.The combination of different styles and approaches allows Lusina to create provocative ,visually dynamic,and conceptually multi-layered works.She also remains pen to exploring other styles in the future. Lusina has participated in gallery exhibitions and had the honor of having her works exhibited in the National Assembly building and the Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall. Her art has received awards, including the "Audience Sympathy Award" in 2019 and the "Best Contemporary Artist" award in Dubai in 2022. Lusina continuously expands her artistic professionalism by learning in art schools and attending master classes with other artists. She actively participates in charitable projects, providing art education in schools across cities and villages in Armenia. Currently, Lusina resides and works in Yerevan, collaborating with the renowned Armenian gallery. Hagobian Art Gallery,ftNFT phygital Space (Armeni&Dubai) Akneye is an art collaboration project in Dubai,Yerevan . Concurrently, she explores art markets in other countries, works on her own clothing design line incorporating the main heroines from her paintings, and engages in solo and group art projects in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
