Hi. I had the idea that I really wanted to paint a pig coming out of a black background. And here we are! Its nice as an artist to have a picture of an artwork in your head and then being able to realise that vision through the skills you have developed over many years of practise and endeavour. I am very pleased with the outcome of this piece and is exactly as I imagined it would look. I titled this painting ' Le Cochon ' as I had the vision for this painting while on holiday in France so thought it was the appropriate title.
