Mediterranean Sunset Painting

I was born in Elche, the Valencian Community, a land near the Mediterranean, my life and art are deeply rooted in the rich culture and vibrant landscapes of Santa Pola and the Valencian coast. This region, known for its extensive palm grove and its climate that allows enjoyment of all four seasons, has been an inexhaustible source of inspiration for me. From an early age, my passion for art flourished in Elche, where I began my artistic journey. Over the years, I have had the privilege of learning from various masters who have taught me to depict personal stories through drawing and colors, always connected to my roots and loved ones. My creative quest has led me to experiment with a variety of techniques and mediums. Eventually, I found my ideal expression in different media: paper for drawing and watercolor, canvas for large formats, and wood for medium and small oil paintings. Through these materials, I capture memories, feelings, and experiences that, like postcards in an infinite album, transform into seas, trees, rocks, rivers, and coastal landscapes. Each piece is a window into my childhood, evoking walks hand-in-hand with my father through the Port of Santa Pola, the aroma of fish stalls, and the scent of jasmine in my grandparents’ countryside. Those who have passed away have left their wisdom and love within me, and their presence is felt in every brushstroke. For me, painting is a truth without filters, an act of honesty and freedom that I cannot deny. I hope my works convey the peace and authenticity with which they were created, and that you enjoy the emotional and visual journey they represent.
