Sir Peter Saunders called me one day to say that an original prompt script from "The Mousetrap" play by Agatha Christie had just been discovered. Being the owner of the theatre he saved it in a time capsule. When he showed it to me I decided to make it the centrepiece of my large life-size "Trompe L'Oeil' watercolour painting. Entitled "Mousetrap Memories" it contains scores of items associated with this most famous of plays - including the original pistol, now housed in a London Theatre museum. This large painting has a wooden gold leaf covered frame with a large mount and is glazed. The dimensions shown are for the framed picture.
