Neon Flow Painting

This artwork is the outcome of having purchased a canvas that was too large to fit on our kitchen wall and too large to go to the effort of returning it in the mail! What happened next was a process that was no longer confined by style or colour schemes. I was free to explore with no boundaries and that freedom was expressed with the help of my six year old daughter who assisted and guided me throughout the creation. What emerged was the result of colourful experimentation and I feel the output reflects the love, care and fun that a father and daughter had creating it in the garden on a warm summer's weekend (and a few solo evenings too when adding the more delicate final touches and gloss!). I am open to reproducing this style with colour guidance to fit the decor of any room, although would be keen to remain consistent with some sort of neon-based background and gloss finish which is the type of energetic and colourful art that I prefer to create.
