Rare Treat Bearded Iris Painting

Hello and thank you for visiting my gallery. I have always been inspired by the natural world around me. To me there is nothing quite as beautiful when the earth begins to grow green each Spring with bright, new life. As an adult I developed a love of gardening and am fascinated by the build and wonderful design of plants and flowers. I have dug up and carried with me beloved plants each time I have moved, taking care to replant and nurture them. Most of my favorite flowers bloom in Spring and are the inspiration for much of my art. I am a representational artist working primarily in acrylics. I teach art classes at our local library and have a YouTube channel where I teach my painting techniques. I have a grown son and daughter and a beautiful grandson. My husband and I live just outside of a small rural town with our four spoiled dogs- Jack, a Jack Russell, Sugar, a Frenchton, Willow, a Shih Tzu, and Sweet Pea, a Chihuahua. Molly Pope
