This is an original abstract painting featuring indigo and earthy green lines on canvas. Painting is done in watercolor and acrylic. Piece is float framed in gold. Pairs beautifully with "Summer Cell 2" and "Summer Cell 3". About the Plant Cell Series: Botanicals fascinate me. Deep within their cells a whole other complex world awaits. I wanted to portray this microscopic plant life with lines. The organic nature of watercolor paint splits and reconnects as it channels through the water, much like cells, evolving. Watercolor and acrylic on canvas, 18 x 24 inches Signed on front lower right corner. Varnished with UV protective matte acrylic varnish. Framed in gold wood float frame. Wired for hanging.
