The women's portrait course that I took at 2021 was transformational for me. It included photography assignments, as well as dance and hand movement assignments that had to be catched on video. Viewing myself from an outside perspective helped me to accept my femininity and recognize my ability to be both flexible and alluring. At the end of the course, we were asked what we could do to remind ourselves of our goals in the future. I realized that I wanted to get a tattoo on my arm, as I already have one on my leg - a gecko. I love it because it covers a scar from a burn on my calf. After returning from the trip, I arranged a session with the tattoo master. Today, a new part of me showed up - a little rebellious, yet gentle and light. Tattooing is one way I express myself in a visual language. **From my series “Introduction to the Age”:** If I had to choose one thing I couldn't live without, it would be music. Music fills me up and ties my whole life together. During my time at camp in the '80s, I remember dancing on the street floors. Lambada was popular that summer. I experienced adult loneliness, which depressed me. During that time, I stopped singing and the music within me ceased. When I met my husband, I exclaimed, 'Imagine, I'm singing again...'
