**4. July 7th. Observation.** If you're not a blogger, you mostly use social media while being in the resource state. You want to share your condition, your impressions, and your joy with others. Being on vacation, I'm in a meditative state all the time. Every day I'm surrounded by nature, the sea, new impressions, new places, my family. One day my husband and I went to the mountain to see off the day and watch the sunset. Someone from a neighboring boat took a speaker with them. We were sitting on the mountain, the music was playing, the sun was setting, and we had an amazing view of the bay. I couldn't help myself and started singing along to the speaker out loud (usually I hold back). And it filled me with such happiness. Oh, world, how beautiful you are! Tears well up in my eyes from the excess of these emotions. Being in the sea, everything fades into the background. And what remains becomes important. There are many thoughts at the same time, and there are none at all. Every time I come back from vacation, I want to keep this zen.
