About The Artwork
This is a companion piece to the shot I have up here entitled "Life" This too emerged from a shoot for a commercial photography gig, where a product was hit with water, while being shot at a high shutter speed. After the day of making that mess, I kept everything in place to continue shooting water for this series of images Whilst 'Life' is more about the liquid itself as a vital part of sustenance and survival, this shot feels more visceral - which isn't to say that turbulence is necessarily pejorative... With the right mindset, bumps in the road could be like a little rollercoaster added to your day
