As we know, the history of dance goes back a long way. At first the dance was performed as a religious ritual. The first depictions of dance in Azerbaijan are found in the rock paintings in Gobustan. Therefore, in the composition of the painting "Dance" an ancient human image was used to emphasize the history of dance. The composition is built according to the principle of harmony.
