Painting, Oil on Canvas
Size: 59.1 W x 78.7 H x 0.8 D in
Ships in a Crate
This work is a part of a series of paintings titled "Drawings". The artist uses the canvas as a notebook, a storytelling of gestural and emotional layers. A painting session generates a layer, from the intersection of several layers, works of a transversal nature are born, divided into numerous microcosms that constitute a visual, narrative and philosophical fabric. The artist creates real pictorial "ecosystems", in which beauty and meaning develop in the relationship between painting sessions and in story that is slowly being generated.
