Upstate New York at Sackett lake I took numerous photos and did many sketches of awesome autumnal views This particular image stood out because of the brazen distorted reflection of the trees in the distance Although the reflection looked abstract the challenge was to make the heavenly reflection merge with the concrete Realistic trees It seemed like a spiritual as well as visual struggle to achieve unity
