Sweet Explosion Painting

This artwork begins with an idea of wanting to show the simplicity of abstract minimalistic art in terms of interpretation of it's messages which can vary from something absurd to something deep and profound hence the process started with creating a gradient of red starting with beige which is gradually deepened with red and black, finally ending with black at the edges. Then the artwork went through a journey of expressionism where I poured golden colour on it and intuitively painted the rest. So when it comes to perceiving this piece, I gauge a certain level of feelings of reassurance yet enveloping of forces unknown somewhat like a flood perhaps. This is so because of a reflection of truth of our reality which is paradoxical and contradictory yet united and one. Most of my works are intuitive i.e., they are an artistic representation of the sum of my psychic, sensory, intellectual, emotional and spiritual experiences of reality. For this particular piece i went with acrylics since it's a perfect medium for expressionism.
