About The Artwork
This portrait is part of a bigger project , currently of 220 portraits. The final number of works will be 1000 portraits of people whom I met or I have seen. Some are memories ,some family, some even strangers that caught my eye. This projects is about people with people. I chose to use watercolors, as they are so close to human nature. Water flows naturally but uncontrollably just as our spirits. We cannot control another human being just as how we cannot fully control watercolor.
