In the daily bustle of city life, bright colors are so lacking. Often people are dressed in black, dark, against the background of gray high-rise buildings bustling to and fro, like ants. Forgetting to live. Forgetting to breathe. Forgetting to rejoice. With this painting, I want to bring a bright fresh taste into the life of someone who needs color therapy so badly. Here he comes home tired, exhausted, after a long day at work; look at this picture, and the brain begins to produce the hormone of joy. After all, the color and energy of the artist have the magical power of cheerfulness. In this picture, the generalized spots resemble the image of a watermelon, juicy, ripe, tasty. Summer reminder, vacation. The work itself has a textured surface in the form of a collage element: pieces of my cut linen canvas are folded into such a parallel figure.
