Arrival Print - Limited Edition of 10

This is a box canvas framed picture ready to hang which is produced for me by my fine art publisher. I choose canvas because it is a good medium for skin tone and it is not easily damaged in transport. I am creating a scene, not just females posing but an actual event. Firstly it is a periood scene which makes it unusual but you can see the two females to the left have been startled or become aware of something or someone behind the. Perhaps a person has just entered the room or have they become aware of the person viewing the image. The room actually exists, note the bed size. It is small because in those days people slept in a sitting up position. I try to use clothing of the same time period and although some items are newly made, some are actual vintage clothes. By having some of those I can tell if the modern fancy dress is similar to the original vintage clothes.
