This painting is part of a series of artistic explorations that have to do with the way we consume global images at the local level, the use of color and the immediacy with which we process the culture of the mass media detonated the emotion of creating. In an imprint of movement and audacity reflect the time destined for laughter and leisure. This painting is made with acrylic paint on a recycled expanded polystyrene (EPS) plate, it has a shiny protective primer to protect the work, but I doubt the work will last for a short time because the life of the support material is a non-biodegradable material. It is a painting that speaks of our time as a consumer society that despite destroying its environment and living,still has time to laugh, sometimes because of ignorance or even cynicism.
