“Elephant” or “Steadfast Summer” is a vibrant, textured painting inspired by the themes of life, tranquility, brightness, colors, saturation, and confidence. This work captures the pleasant feeling of summer heat and the awareness of the steadfastness of the present moment. It conveys the notion that life is a bright holiday filled with peace and acceptance. Using a 100x100 cm canvas, I employed rough oil strokes to create a richly textured image. The elephant, a symbol of strength and wisdom, stands as the central figure, embodying the steadfast and enduring nature of life itself. The colorful and abstract style invites viewers to immerse themselves in the celebration of life’s vivid moments while experiencing a sense of calm and acceptance. I chose oil as my medium for its versatility and depth, allowing me to build layers and texture that give the painting a dynamic and tactile quality.
