It wasn't easy to me painting such a big format due to my low sight, but I actually feel proud to reach my goal. Mediterranean Essence catches the vibrant and energetic essence of the mediterranean culture The intense colors and bold brushes reflect the passion and vitality of their people. That was what inspired me.

Pep started his artistic training in 1991, which culminated in Massana School of Arts in Barcelona. At first he was developing his career in the fashion sector as a designer and comercial for an important brand. Due a degenerative disease in his retinas he had to stop working and he became a low sight artist. His disease Retinintis Pigmentosa, made him gradually lose much of his field of vision, something that, while it directly affects his art process, does not stop him from painting. In fact, these is precisely, what makes his artistic process keep always alive and in constant evolution.
