About The Artwork
For this painting I wanted a black landscape and a concentric configuration of vivid colors. There are four main elements gravitating around a void center. The disposition of the elements is chosen in order to mantain a feeling of openness. The red arc on the right gives the idea of a circle. The component on the left is the most simple, while the other 3 are more structured. The heaviest element is the one on the lower side, while the brightest is the one on the top.
