About The Artwork
This painting is incredibly dear to me as it is a Soul Portrait and reflects my current progress as a being moving into the next phase of development. "The Space Between" refers to that intangible place between two worlds - the old and the new. You can see the being in this painting is beginning to emerge and become clearer. Part of her is still holding back and has yet to fully materialize, pulled into the safety of the past and what is known. Thankfully, more of her is moving forward and is willing to be seen and fully expressed. My hope is that the next Soul Portrait that emerges from me shows a fully actualized being standing in her radiance.
